The weather hasn't been too great recently and it was actually raining before I took these shots. But I can't wait for spring and I'm dying to get my hands on some great spring florals! I'm especially excited about floral pants, blazers, and shoes. I really love an all floral ensemble!

Velvet

It's been a little colder than usual recently so I thought it would be a great time to wear this velvet maxi! I love it on windy days since it has a really high slit so you can see the tights underneath when the wind blows. Also, I got a haircut! It looks messy from the wind, but hopefully I'll have a better picture up by next week!

Casual post, but I just loved the cut of these pants! They have a really easy, slouchy feel that I love! I've been obsessing over pants recently and am currently on the lookout for the perfect boyfriend jean. I might try getting a straight or skinny jean in a size or two too big for the same effect.

Tartan Pants

I've been looking for tartan pants for ages and was so excited when I saw these in a thrift store! They have zippers in the back at the bottom so when unzipped they have the appearance of bell bottoms (which I love)! They're actually from the kids section, so if you have kids, you can check out the entire Harajuku Mini collection here. I couldn't find the exact pants but they have similar polka dot ones. Also, I got this shirt as a birthday present and it's really great since it goes with anything! Sweet Sixteen

Today was my sixteenth birthday! I had a great time and ate lots of cake! :) I actually haven't started learning how to drive yet, but birthdays are always exciting just the same. Just thought I'd end my day with an outfit post, have a great rest of the week!

Knit Maxi

I was really disappointed because I ordered these shoes online a while ago but they were unfortunately too big. (Those tricky European sizes...) But I found that I can wear them with chunky socks and they kind of give off the impression of ankle boots! Anyone have any other tricks to make shoes fit better? Hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day!
